Nearing the Finish Line: Latest Updates on the 8 St Paul's Street Fit-Out

We’re excited to share some more developments on our new W Denis headquarters and workspace as the

opening date draws closer. While there have been a few delays in getting our flexible office ready for daily use, we are now eagerly looking towards August for the big move. Here’s what’s new on site:

• Yoga Studio – The studio fit-out is taking place this week! This includes changing rooms, so you can find your zen during the workday and return to your desk feeling refreshed.

• Reception Feature Wall – The focal point of our atrium is now fully complete, and we’re full of anticipation for the installation of our beautiful olive tree later this week.

• Mezzanine – Our dynamic mezzanine is nearly finished. The final touches (including booth seating and Birra Moretti & Vino Frizzante taps) will be completed next week, making it the perfect place to unwind with colleagues after a long day.

• W Denis Offices – Many of our internal W Denis offices are complete, just awaiting furniture and décor. We feel incredibly privileged to be moving into such a modern, vibrant space with a professional finish.

• Gym – Our on-site gym is now complete and fully equipped! All that remains is to unwrap the state-of-the-art fitness machines and begin our gym inductions.

• Floor 4 – Floor 4 is on its way to becoming the breakout space of dreams. Already installed: a pool table and foosball table for the competitively minded, a coffee and bar island for your midday pick-me-up, and booth seating for those who need their lunchtime natter.
